What We Can Print

We can handle most projects - but there are a few things worth knowing before you submit.

- Print Bed & Technical Limits
01
256mm³ max print bed. No single part can exceed 256 × 256 × 256mm. Larger designs can often be split into multiple parts and assembled.
02
No super fine details. Very small features (under ~1–2mm) may not print cleanly. Intricate surface detail, fine text, or micro-scale geometry is not guaranteed.
03
No small mechanisms or moving parts requiring tight tolerances. Functional hinges, gears, and snap-fits are possible but must be designed with FDM in mind - contact first.
04
Avoid thin walls under load. Parts thinner than ~1.5mm that will be flexed, twisted, or put under pressure are likely to snap. Design for the material, not just the model.

Not sure if your design can be printed? Just ask. Reach out via the order form or contact page and we will tell you if it is feasible before you commit to anything.

What We Print With

Four materials covering everything from display pieces to flexible and high-strength functional parts. Not sure which you need? Just ask.

PLA
Polylactic Acid

The go-to for detail and colour accuracy. Great for display models, cosplay props, figurines, terrain, and anything that doesn't need to flex or handle serious heat.

High detail Full colour range Display & cosplay Eco-friendly
PETG
Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol

Tougher and more flexible than PLA with better temperature resistance. The right choice for functional parts, enclosures, and anything that needs to last under real-world conditions.

Impact resistant Heat tolerant Functional parts Food safe*
TPU
Thermoplastic Polyurethane

Flexible and rubber-like. Excellent for phone cases, grips, wearables, and parts that need to bend, stretch, or absorb impact without cracking.

Flexible Shock absorbing Wearables Grips & cases
ABS
Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene

Hard, heat-resistant, and post-processable. Good for parts that will be sanded, painted, or drilled. Higher warp risk - best for experienced use-cases and larger functional pieces.

High stiffness Heat resistant Post-processable Engineering parts

Finish Options

Every print leaves the machine clean. From there, you choose how far you want to take it.

01
Raw Print

Straight off the printer. Layer lines visible. Fast turnaround, lowest cost. Perfect for prototypes, functional parts, or anything you plan to finish yourself.

Fastest - no added cost
02
Sanded

Layer lines smoothed down by hand. Cleaner surface without paint. Good for display pieces or prints that will be painted independently.

+ cost depending on size
03
Primed / Painted

Primed and spray painted in a single colour. Mainly for cosplay props and display pieces where a clean base coat or uniform finish is all that's needed. Not suitable for fine detail painting.

+ cost depending on complexity
Sanding and painting add to the base print cost. Final price is included in your quote after submission.

How Long It Takes

Times depend on current backlog, but here's the usual breakdown. All estimates start from quote acceptance, not submission.

Small Print
Under 24hrs

Keychains, small figurines, simple brackets - parts under ~10cm.

Medium Print
2–4 Days

Busts, prop components, enclosures - models in the 10–20cm range.

Large Print
5–7 Days

Full helmets, large terrain, multi-part assemblies - anything over 20cm.

All times are averages. Actual turnaround may vary depending on current backlog and print complexity. Sanding and painting will add extra time on top of print time.

Multicolour and Multi-Filament

Single prints with multiple colours or materials. Works via filament swaps mid-print, producing clean transitions when the model is set up correctly.

Before You Order

What to Know First

01
Takes longer than single-colour prints. Each filament swap adds time. Turnaround estimates on the order form do not apply - multicolour jobs are quoted individually.
02
Costs more due to purged filament. Every colour change wastes a small amount of filament to clear the nozzle. This is unavoidable and factored into your quote.
03
Providing a pre-coloured file saves you money. If you supply a 3MF file with colours already assigned, setup time is reduced significantly. If I have to colour-assign the model myself, that adds to the quote.
04
Colour bleed can occur depending on the model. Tight boundaries between colours or very fine detail areas may show slight bleed at transition zones. This is a hardware limitation, not a mistake.

For multicolour jobs, accepted file formats are STL, OBJ, and 3MF. Pre-coloured 3MF files are strongly recommended.
