We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on business days. For urgent or time-sensitive jobs, mention your deadline in the enquiry and we will prioritise it.
No experience is needed at all. Our public sessions are designed to be fully accessible to complete beginners. Pre-made characters are provided, the rules are explained before play begins, and the DM will guide you through everything. Just show up.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order reference, a description of the damage, and clear photos. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund for the damaged portion.
Yes. Pickup from Willoughby, NSW is available at no charge by prior arrangement. We will confirm a time once your order is ready.
D&D Sessions
Public sessions include the DM, a pre-written adventure, pre-made characters (or support creating your own), dice and basic supplies, and a fully self-contained story — you do not need to have attended before or plan to return. Sessions run approximately 3–4 hours.
Public sessions are $25 per seat. Book and pay online — your character sheet will be ready when you arrive. See the Public Sessions page for available dates.
Private sessions start at $75/hr for a one-off booking, or $50/hr for ongoing campaigns (minimum 12 sessions per year). Large group / corporate bookings (10+ players) are quoted individually. See the Enquire page for details.
A Session 0 is a pre-campaign planning meetup — no combat, no dice rolling. Players and the DM agree on campaign tone, content limits, house rules, and character backstories before the first real session. It is highly recommended for ongoing campaigns and new groups, and is included in the private hire rate.
Absolutely. All skill levels are welcome. For private sessions with beginners, we include an onboarding intro (usually 15–30 minutes of rules overview) before play begins. Mention it in your enquiry and we will plan accordingly.
Up to 8 players per table. For larger groups we can run multiple tables simultaneously (up to 4 tables, up to 36 players total) with additional DMs. Mention your group size in your enquiry.
Yes. Private sessions can be held at your home, office, or venue of choice. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the inner north shore of Sydney. Mention your preferred location when enquiring.
Nothing is required — all dice, rulebooks, and materials are supplied. If you want to bring your own dice or a character you have already made, that is welcome. Comfortable clothes and an appetite for fun are all you need.
Yes, with appropriate context. We run age-appropriate content for groups that include minors. Parental consent is required for participants under 18. Review our Child Safety Policy for full details.
Cancellations 7+ days before a public session receive a full refund. 3–6 days: 50% refund. Within 48 hours: no refund. For private sessions, cancellations 14+ days before receive a full deposit refund; within 14 days the deposit is non-refundable. See the Refund & Cancellation page for full details.
General
We primarily work with STL, OBJ, STEP, and 3MF files. If you have a different file format, mention it in your enquiry and we'll let you know if we can work with it.
Yes. For an extra $20 on any order, your job goes straight to the top of the queue. We'll also let you know how many orders are ahead of you when we send your quote.
Print times vary depending on size and complexity. We'll give you an estimated turnaround when we send your quote. Rush orders are available for an additional $20, which moves your order to the top of the queue.
If a print fails during production, that's entirely on us. We'll reprint it at no extra cost to you. You only pay for a successfully completed order.
Use the Get a Quote page or any of the service pages to open an enquiry form. Describe your project — the more detail you give, the faster we can quote. For 3D printing and modelling, uploading your file or a reference image speeds things up significantly.
For 3D printing and modelling orders, please contact us as soon as possible if there's an issue. We stand behind our work and will resolve any problems. For D&D sessions, see the cancellation policy below.
Yes. Local pickup is available from Willoughby, NSW by prior arrangement. There is no pickup charge. We will confirm a time once your order is complete.

Yes, postage is available Australia-wide. Pickup is also available from Willoughby, Sydney NSW.
We support all common scales. Specify your preferred scale in the enquiry form and we'll confirm compatibility.
Minis & Terrain
We work in any tabletop scale. The most common are 28mm and 32mm heroic for D&D/Pathfinder, 15mm and 6mm for wargames, and 1:48 or 1:35 for dioramas. Specify your scale when enquiring. If your system uses a specific base size, mention that too.
Tabletop quality (clean basecoat, washes, highlights — looks great on the table), display quality (blending, OSL, freehand — for collectors and display pieces), and primed only (grey or white primer coat, ready for you to paint). Mention your intended use and we will recommend the right level.
Yes. We paint customer-supplied miniatures. Resin, plastic, and metal minis can all be painted — just note the material in your enquiry. Minis should be clean and primed if possible, but we can prime them as part of the job.
Yes. Basing is available on request. We can do plain painted bases, static grass, sand/gravel texture, themed scenic bases, and more. Specify your preference when enquiring.
Yes. We design and print custom terrain — dungeon tiles, outdoor environments, structures, and scatter terrain. We can work from a brief, a map you want realised in 3D, or reference images. Large terrain sets are quoted as packages.
3D Modelling
We model consumer products, mechanical parts, props, cosplay pieces, miniatures, terrain, characters, replacement parts, display models, and packaging mockups. If you can describe or sketch it, we can generally model it. Very complex organic sculpts (detailed human figures, creatures) are Premium tier.
As much reference as possible: photos, sketches, dimensions, reference objects. For replacement parts, a photo next to a ruler and all critical dimensions work well. For creative pieces, a written brief plus any visual references you like. You do not need to know anything about 3D modelling — just describe what you want.
The number of revisions is specified in your quote. Typically: Basic tier 1 round, Standard tier 2 rounds, Premium tier 3 rounds. A "revision round" means a set of changes you provide in one batch after reviewing the work-in-progress. Extra rounds are charged at the hourly rate.
We deliver in the format most useful to you: STL or 3MF for printing, STEP or IGES for CAD/engineering use, OBJ for general 3D use. If you need a specific format, ask at the time of enquiry.
Yes. We can edit, repair, scale, mirror, hollow, or add features to an existing model. Send the file and describe what you need. Repairs to broken or non-printable files are typically quick and low-cost.
Pricing & Payment
Printing is priced based on material used, print time, and post-processing required. A small single-colour PLA print might cost $15–$30. A large multi-part cosplay piece or detailed terrain set could run significantly more. Send a quote request with your file and we will give you a specific number.
Modelling is priced in tiers: Basic (simple shapes, product mockups), Standard (detailed consumer products, characters), and Premium (complex assemblies, high-detail sculpts). Prices start from approximately $80 for basic and scale up with complexity. Revisions within the agreed scope are included.
Print-only minis start from around $8–$15 per figure depending on size and detail. Hand-painted minis start from $25 per figure for a tabletop-quality finish and scale up for collector/display quality. Terrain is priced per piece or per set — contact us with your requirements.
Yes. A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due on completion before dispatch or pickup. For small orders under $50, full payment upfront may be required.
Yes for some order types. Rush processing is available for 3D printing and certain modelling jobs. Rush fees apply and availability is not guaranteed — contact us to confirm before planning around a specific deadline.
3D Printing
We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP files for printing. For modelling reference, we accept images (JPG, PNG, PDF), sketches, and physical measurements. If you have a different format, ask — we may be able to work with it.
Our standard materials are PLA+ (general purpose, wide colour range), PETG (stronger, light chemical resistance), TPU (flexible), and ASA (UV-stable, outdoor-rated). We can source other materials on request — ask what you need and we will let you know if it is achievable.
We stock a wide range of PLA+ colours. PETG and ASA have a smaller but solid range. For most jobs we can match your colour request or get close to it. Check with us if you need a very specific colour — we can often order it for your job.
Raw print (as-printed layer lines visible), sanded (smoother finish, labour adds cost), primed (grey or white base coat, ready for painting), or painted (single colour spray or hand-painted — see minis & terrain for full painting services). Specify your preference when enquiring.
Our standard print volume is approximately 250×250×250mm. Larger objects can be printed in sections and joined. Mention your target dimensions in your enquiry and we will advise on the best approach.
For FDM printing, design clearances of 0.2–0.3mm for sliding fits, 0.1–0.2mm for press fits. Hole diameters typically print 0.1–0.2mm undersize. For tolerance-critical mechanical parts, we recommend a test print first. Let us know if you need guidance on fit.
Yes. We print in TPU for flexible or impact-resistant parts. Hardness and flexibility depend on the TPU shore rating. Mention "flexible" in your enquiry and we will advise on the right material for your application.
Minor mesh errors (small holes, non-manifold edges) can usually be repaired as part of the job at no extra charge. Heavily corrupted or very complex broken files may need to be quoted as a modelling job. Send us the file and we will let you know.
Yes. Multicolour FDM prints (filament swap method) are available for designs with clearly separated colour regions. Send your file with colour zones described and we will quote it. Note: multicolour jobs take longer and are quoted individually.
