PRIVACY POLICY

When you submit an enquiry via our contact form, you provide: your name, email address, and the details of your enquiry. Depending on the service type you may also provide file uploads, postal address (for delivery), phone number (optional), and project-specific details.

When you book a D&D session you provide your name, email, and payment details (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers). For minor participants, a parent or guardian provides consent and relevant contact information.

Our hosting provider (Railway) and web server may log standard request metadata such as IP address, browser type, and referrer. This is standard infrastructure logging and is not used for profiling.

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, send invoices, and deliver your order or confirm your session. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to your enquiry or order.

We may email you to request clarification, confirm details, or send your order tracking information. We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in.

Aggregate non-identifying usage data may be used to understand how the site is used and improve the experience. No personal information is shared for this purpose.

Online payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy governs any data you submit to their payment forms. We receive confirmation of payment status only — no card details are stored on our systems.

Order notifications and response emails are sent via Resend (an email delivery service). Your email address is passed to Resend only for the purpose of delivering your message or our reply.

The site is hosted on Railway. Hosting infrastructure may retain logs as part of normal operations.

This site uses session cookies for basic functionality (form submission, login). No tracking or advertising cookies are set. No third-party analytics cookies are used.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct inaccurate information, by emailing Zaden@ZDPrinting.com.au.

You can request deletion of your personal data. We will comply unless we are required to retain records for a legal or tax purpose. Booking records for completed D&D sessions may be retained for tax compliance purposes.

If you have a privacy concern that we haven't resolved to your satisfaction, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
