REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. 3D PRINTING
We stand behind the quality of every print we produce. If a print fails during production due to a printer error, material issue, or any fault on our end, we will reprint the item at no additional charge to you. You will never be asked to pay extra because of a production failure.
If you need to cancel a 3D printing order, please contact us at zdprintingsales@gmail.com before production begins. Orders cancelled before production starts will receive a full refund.
Once production has started, we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind cancellations, as materials will have already been consumed. If you are unhappy with a completed print due to a quality issue on our end, contact us and we will work to resolve it.
We do not offer refunds for prints that do not match expectations due to limitations or errors in customer-supplied design files.
2. 3D MODELLING
If you need to cancel a modelling order, please contact us before work begins for a full refund. Once modelling work has commenced, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on how much work has been completed.
If the delivered model contains errors that are our fault, we will correct them at no charge.
3. MINIATURE PAINTING & TERRAIN
The same policy as 3D printing applies to miniature painting and terrain orders. Contact us before work begins to cancel for a full refund. Once painting or construction has started, refunds for change-of-mind are not available. Quality issues that are our responsibility will always be resolved.
4. D&D SESSIONS — PUBLIC / PER-SEAT
For public Dungeons & Dragons sessions sold on a per-seat basis:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session start time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.
To cancel, contact us at zdprintingsales@gmail.com with your booking details as soon as possible.
5. D&D SESSIONS — PRIVATE / PER-HOUR
For private Dungeons & Dragons sessions booked on a per-hour basis:
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled session date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are not eligible for a refund.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have exceptional circumstances, contact us and we will consider your situation on a case-by-case basis.
6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund or cancellation, email us at zdprintingsales@gmail.com with:
- Your name
- The service you booked
- Your order or booking date
- The reason for cancellation
We aim to process all eligible refunds within 5 business days.
7. CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
