TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ABOUT US

ZDPrinting is a Sydney-based micro-business offering 3D printing, 3D modelling, miniature painting, terrain creation, and Dungeons & Dragons session services. By placing an order or booking a session with ZDPrinting, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. SERVICES

We offer the following services:

- 3D Printing: Customer-supplied or custom models printed using FDM technology in a range of materials and colours.

- 3D Modelling: Custom 3D model design and editing for print or digital use.

- Miniature Painting & Terrain: Hand-painted tabletop miniatures and custom terrain pieces.

- Dungeons & Dragons Sessions: Dungeon Master-led D&D sessions for groups, available as public per-seat sessions or private bookings.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

- All orders require confirmation and payment before work begins or at time of booking.

- Quotes are provided within 24 hours of enquiry. No work begins until you confirm the quote.

- Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

- Rush orders (priority queue placement) incur an additional flat fee of $20 on top of the order total.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- You retain full ownership of any files you upload or provide to us.

- By submitting a file, you confirm you have the right to use and reproduce that design.

- ZDPrinting reserves the right to photograph completed work for portfolio, social media, and promotional use unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the order being fulfilled.

5. LIABILITY

- ZDPrinting takes care to deliver high-quality results. However, we are not liable for issues arising from customer-supplied files that contain errors, are unprintable, or produce results inconsistent with expectations due to design limitations.

- Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

ZDPrinting reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
