RCTI AGREEMENT
v1.0 — Effective 6 May 2026
Recipient Created Tax Invoice Agreement — ZDPrinting and DM Contractors
Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) Agreement
This agreement is made between ZDPrinting ("we", "us") and each Dungeon Master contractor ("you", "Contractor") who accepts it through the DM dashboard.
1. What Is an RCTI?
Under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth), a recipient of a taxable supply may create the tax invoice on behalf of the supplier if both parties agree in writing. This means ZDPrinting creates the tax invoice for each session you run, rather than you issuing one to us.
2. Conditions of This Agreement
By accepting this agreement through the DM dashboard, you agree and acknowledge that:
- ZDPrinting may issue Recipient Created Tax Invoices (RCTIs) for supplies you make to ZDPrinting under your DM Contractor Agreement.
- You will not issue tax invoices for supplies covered by this agreement.
- You are registered for GST (if applicable), or you will notify ZDPrinting immediately if you become registered.
- ZDPrinting is registered for GST and will remain registered while this agreement is in force.
- You will promptly notify ZDPrinting of any change to your GST registration status, ABN, or business details.
3. Payment Calculation
ZDPrinting will calculate your payment based on the number of Payable Players at each Session you run, as defined in your DM Contractor Agreement (currently AUD $17.50 per Payable Player, exclusive of GST). If you are GST-registered, a GST amount of 10% will be added to each RCTI.
4. Duration
This agreement remains in force until either party terminates the DM Contractor Agreement or either party notifies the other in writing that they no longer wish to be a party to an RCTI agreement.
5. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
6. ATO Requirements
This agreement satisfies the requirements of the ATO's RCTI determination. Both parties must be registered for GST for an RCTI to include GST. If you are not GST-registered, ZDPrinting will still issue an RCTI for your records, but no GST will be included.
